This Shiraz wine was crafted from hand-picked fruit exclusively from the Mount Lofty Ranges in Adelaide. Being handcrafted and matured in French hegsheads for over 18 months has led to a medium-bodied wine with fine-grain tannins.
It has a deep red colour, layers of flavours of blackcurrant, ripe cherries, dark chocolate, and hints of black pepper to finish. Aerate to experience more flavours and pair it with your favourite meat dishes.
